Journal of Settlements and Spatial Planning (JSSP) is a biannual, peer-reviewed journal, edited by the Centre for Research on Settlements and Urbanism, Babeş-Bolyai University, Faculty of Geography, Cluj-Napoca, ROMANIA.
Aiming to ensure a high level of visibility of our journal as well as increase the dissemination of information in the field, Journal of Settlements and Spatial Planning is entirely edited in English and can be accessed online free of charge. Interested readers have open access to full text articles included in the current and former issues of the journal through our website. Please visit Archive.
Every chance we have, we develop partnerships with other scientific journals, representatives of well-known universities worldwide, through which our journal (printed version) is included in their libraries. Currently, the exchange partnerships are represented by the journal of Investigaciones Geograficas edited in Spanish by the University of Alicante, the Indian Journal of Landscape Systems and Ecological Studies edited in English by the Institute of Landscape, Ecology & Ekistics, Calcutta, India and Urbani izziv ("Urban Challenge") edited in English by the Urban Planning Institute of the Republic of Slovenia,Ljubljana, SLOVENIA. Their issues can be read at the library of the Centre for Research on Settlements and Urbanism, Faculty of Geography, room 72.
All authors, through their high quality work help improve the scientific name of our journal. So let us together be at least the best. We are working for future indexation in the national and international scientific electronic databases. Every new issue brings us closer to high visibility and accessibility.
